Established in 2017, the Hillsboro Cafe has been a popular setting for the central Red River Valley region. Consistent growth and community support have allowed the cafe to become a community-centered gathering spot where the focus has been on great food and friendly service in a “Welcome Home!” atmosphere.

Located in the center of Hillsboro, North Dakota the Cafe is housed in the historic Union Block building on Main Street. The cross roads of Highway 81 (alternate Hwy 200), Caledonia Avenue, and Main Street provide convenient access only blocks from I-29.
